CdS/CdTe型薄膜電池.為了更好的了解CdS/CdTe型薄膜太陽電池,本文將重點介紹CdS/CdTe電池的薄膜電池的制備方法,特
性和缺陷.

Abstract  In this paper, the status and development of solar cell are reviewed first .Then the structure of solar cell, the principle of photovoltaic effect and the electrical parameters of solar cell are all introduced simply. Due to CdS/CdTe is a kind of new, high-efficiency and low cost solar cell. I focus on the CdS/CdTe type film solar cells. To know the CdS/CdTe film solar cell better. The fabrication methods of CdS/CdTe are reviewed mainly. At the same time, I introduce the characteristic and the blemish in this solar cell .
